We believe before Awakening if we go to school and get a good education, a job that pays well and buy a house and get married/have kids that we are on the path to happiness.

Cue Fairytale stories we are read...

In the micro we believe when things go our way we feel happy and that = true happiness. But as we Awaken we start to see these outside things can't be controlled or always experienced so our happiness comes and goes.

We spend alot of energy trying to find happiness outside of us by achievement, success and the money we earn. We get caught up on the hamster wheel chasing the elusive and only sometimes feeling of happiness by identifying with these ideas.

But what if true happiness has nothing to do with the job, the money, and success we experience?

Once we realise that whether things align for us on the outside or not we can determine our own happiness by remaining more neutral to what is happening on the outside of us and fostering happiness within us.

Because if we are continually waiting for more or something different before we are happy then we aren't ever going to experience lasting happiness are we?

Tomorrow we have the beautiful Feminine New Moon in Taurus, one of the best Manifesting New Moons of 2023!

With Jupiter & Pluto in the background and the energy of sensual, open Venus ruling Taurus...this seems like the perfect time to introduce my new website www.soulnurturer.com.au (Going LIVE very soon, I'll keep you posted!) and the return to my Maiden name... Sally Ann Armstrong ❤

This New Moon is strong around the themes of value, worth and abundance. Prodding us to choose the path that honours ourselves and our value/worth in the World.

How we show up, allow ourselves to receive and honour our needs is all up for a deeper alignment.

Where can you see you're not honouring what you really need?

Can you look at the internal beliefs that are limiting you with compassionate eyes?

What decisions are you willing to make that will support you more fully?

Happiness 😊

Let's talk about it... as Humans it's our highest desire in this World yes?

But what is happiness really, how do we get happy, stay happy and enjoy being happy?

Why is happiness so hard to experience and more importantly why doesn't it last!

I want to explore happiness from the perspective of Awakening. Because if we are Awakening it's because we desire to feel authentic and experience happiness.

And unless we clear our internal blockages that stop the flow of energy that supports lasting happiness then its going to be elusive to you!

We are sold and conditioned with many stories around what brings us happiness in this World. Most of us believe it's money, success, houses and material stuff that gets us there.

We are told marriage, children and family will also bring us happiness. But happiness will never be experienced on the outside of us for long if we are needing things to be predictable and aligned.

So much in life can't be controlled or predicted, so happiness can't be expected from those things outside of us as our measure of happiness.

Come on a journey as we explore in depth happiness and how to truly enjoy, embrace and experience it regularly in your life.

I've been on a massive journey on the inside and o

I've been on a massive journey on the inside and outside... Awakening is messy and hard that's for sure!

And sometimes as you all know too, we have to let go of people and things. I have decided after much contemplation to return to my Maiden name - Armstrong.

This step reveals how far I've come and how much I've healed from the past. My Mum and Dad had me when they were young, barely adults themselves.

They separated after having myself and my sister and my relationship with my Dad was intermittent and difficult for many reasons for years.

He passed away in a car accident a long time ago now and after divorcing in March this year I was prodded to consider returning to my birth name.

It feels powerful and healing to do so and I'm honoured to share with you all my rebirth to Sally Armstrong ❤
